Materials :
- 3 glass
of Japan
rice
- Wasabi
- Smoked salmon
- Soy sauce
- Ginger
- Nori sheet
- 31/4 glass of water
- 1/3 glass
of rice vinegar
- 2 table
spoons of sugar
- 1 tea
spoon of salt
Steps :
1. Clean the rice
2. To make the sushi zu, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small flame.
3. Put the
rice in a big plate
4. Spread the sushi zu in the rice, stir
using spatula
5. After that, spread the rice, over the nori sheet
6. smear a small amount of wasabi on the
rice
7. Place smoked salmon slices on the top of wasabi
8. Roll up the sushi into a cylinder
9. squeeze the sushi roll firmly
10. Cut into rounds
11. Serve the sushi with a small bowl of soy sauce and slices ginger
